Willow’s 10th Birthday Party + Fundraiser is an art carnival.

Some activities are free, while others require carnival tickets to take part. Drop by to:

• explore the Willow’s history art installation celebrating our first ten years
• share your creative story as part of the Witnessing Willow community art project
• enjoy performances by Willow instructors Sarah Jerrom and Nicole Joy-Fraser
• watch Willow instructor Geoff Farnsworth create a unique artwork celebrating the day
• buy a Willow Arts Community shirt, or bring your own shirt and have it screen printed with Willow’s logo live on-site by Niagara artists Tone and TJ
• see Founder/Director Leigh MacLeod get pied in the face (you can place a bid to throw a pie yourself!)
• and of course, enjoy some birthday cake!

Buy carnival tickets in advance or on the day so you can:

• create your own birthday hat (1 ticket)
• get a snack or a cold soda (1 ticket)
• play our birthday games (1 ticket per game)
• have your face or body painted by Willow artists (3 tickets)
• create a contour drawing with artist Andrea Eby (3 tickets)
• get a henna design by Willow Board member Khadija (4 tickets)
• receive a personal poem written just for you by Kevin Hobbs (4 tickets)
• take a quiet break with a cold drink and cookies in the Tea Garden (4 tickets)

Carnival tickets are $2 each, and you can buy them at the event or pre-purchase tickets through the link below to pick up at Montebello Park.

All funds raised through this event will be used to provide free, peer-led arts programming for Niagara residents with lived experience of mental illness and/or substance use.
